About Yogakalaa – Yogkalaa is the integration of yog, art and spiritual journey. I am Saransh and I started this journey to explore to share what has guided me to find understanding , peace and connection within myself. Here, we bring together yoga, art, and spiritual methods to connect you with your inner self.
At Yog Kala, we keep things simple and real. Through yogic science you’ll learn to move and breathe in a way that feels good for your body and mind. Saransh:
Certified yoga and meditation mentor, who spent 5 years living in ashrams, studying spiritual scriptures, Indian philosophy, ancient traditional hatha yoga, karma yoga, bhakti yoga and many more. Saransh is always keen interested in psychology and studied yoga psychology. He brought his understanding and experience with the fusion yog and sprituality in the aspect of psychology and believes that yoga and psychology are very interconnected and each person can become his own guru if there is a strong determination. Through his own sadhana he learnt how to channelize his energy to stay happy, healthy and self explorer.. He loves to share his experience with others and is always open for discussions and queries. He is a founder of yogkalaa and one of the mentors.
Sonia Acharya :
Sonia Acharya is a leading Sound facilator of yogakalaa, she is Sound Researcher Facilitator | Experimenter – Uncovering the bubble of Sound. Why does she do what she does? Because her experience says there’s nothing more fulfilling than witnessing someone find a thoughtless mind and a still body through sound. How did she choose this path? She didn’t; she stumbled upon it, just like everything else in her life. With her background in drumming and percussion, she discovered the therapeutic power of sound. She dived deep, experimenting with various modalities, both organic and digital. She interviewed healers and percussionists, and her curiosity about sound healing grew. Singing bowls and gongs entered her life, shifting her perception of reality. As she learned and practiced, she developed a desire to cultivate and radiate lasting peace—a peace that purifies the mind, body, and spirit. Her vision now is to help others achieve wholeness and harmony, not by becoming the doer of their healing, but by guiding them on a direct, formless, and indescribable path to self-discovery. In a world full of healing tools and teachers, what sets sound apart? The experience itself. But don’t take my word for it—discover it for yourself.
Arzoo :
Arzoo is a multi dimensional dance mentor. He has spent 12 years dancing and exploring the ways of BODY & MIND. Coming from a background of different genres of dancing and music
Like house , hip hop, funk styles, tribal movements,
Contemporary dance techniques and somatic movements. which deal with finding freedom with structure and pure expression of our souls.
Practices like isolations, movement analysis and connection of movement with the breath and the mind. Understanding the physical as well as mental effect of movement. Helping to release and also break barriers and finding new patterns of thinking, processing and embodiment of the dance itself.
My journey with yogkalaa
Yogkalaa, A journey towards knowing self, came out with my self exploration. I am Saransh, a yog wellness mentor and mental health counselor and a founder of yogkalaa.. I started my journey as a explorer into yoga and spiritual journey 10 years back and I’ve been professionally sharing last 5 years and since this journey of sharing, I started Gradually this idea build up my own platform through which i can express my experience what i have been go through, earlier in my professional journey the idea is just teach yogic methods, because that’s what I used to be and want to be as a professionally.. So initially I was going with limitations and trying to be like other teachers.. and gradually being in my journey I found my own expression to share and express this journey and science , philosophies, psychology. And then I found only to say in one sentence , it’s a journey towards knowing self, and my intention only to raise awareness for our existence and self connection, and making a space where people can build this self connection. I don’t give my energy to be known as a teacher, I am an explorer and just want to share my understanding through all these aspects of yog, art and spirituality. So there are no limited aspects and not only like weight loss, or just to build flexibility or just overcome some basic disease and ailments. This anyway will happen, once an individual is open and seeks to explore itself. If you are ready to explore every side and dimension of your being, Then this is a space, where individuals find very serene, comfortable , secure, compassionate, natural, spontaneous, grounding and authenticity.
