Our carefully curated meals are designed to support your wellness journey, providing balanced and wholesome food options that fuel your yoga practice and promote overall well-being.
Meal Schedule :
Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM
What We Offer:
- Fresh & Local Ingredients: We use organic, locally sourced ingredients to create fresh and flavorful meals that nourish the body. Our food is seasonal and carefully prepared, bringing the best of nature to your plate.
- Vegetarian: Our menu is predominantly vegetarian. The meals are rich in plant-based proteins, whole grains, and vibrant fruits and vegetables to support a clean, healthy diet.
- Ayurvedic Influence: Drawing inspiration from Ayurvedic principles, our meals help balance your body’s energies, promoting digestion, clarity, and a sense of harmony. Expect nourishing soups, wholesome salads, and hearty yet light main dishes.
- Ala carte- We have a day ala carte menu on demand at an extra charge.
- Special Dietary Needs We understand that every individual’s dietary needs are different. If you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements (gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, etc.), please inform us in advance, and we’ll ensure your meals are customized accordingly.
- Hydration & Snacks Throughout the day, herbal teas, fresh coconut water, and detox drinks are available to keep you hydrated and energized Light snacks, such as nuts, fruits, and energy bars, are provided between sessions to keep you fueled and balanced.
